• Celebrate the organization’s 20th Anniversary with a Gala
• Honor the founding board members, celebrate the organization’s accomplishments and be inspired for the future
• Thank the law firm members, sponsors and VIP’s for their commitment and continued support.

Solutions:

• A VIP cocktail reception was held prior to the gala for all sponsors, local judges, past and current board members.
• Event was held at the Fairmont Hotel’s Imperial Ballroom
• Produced a documentary video highlighting the founding members experiences working in the legal community 20 years ago and what the younger law firm associates hopes are for the organization in the future.
• Décor included richly colored linens and beautiful centerpieces highlighting the different ethnic art of the attendees.
• Menu composition showcased all the different ethnic within the organization’s diverse background.
• Founding Board Members were awarded with crystal gavels
• Prominent local TV personality Emcee the event.
• Keynote Speaker was the President/Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund.
